Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: Do you carry Stock on Hand?
A: I do, but the vast majority of the products sold are Dropped Shipped direct from RAP4. This is done to reduce Overhead costs and provide you the best prices.

Q: What Marker do you use?
A: I use the RAP4 T68 Gen6 Tactical RIS w/ 5oz CO2 Tank & Buttstock or 3000psi HPA Compressed Air (depending on my needs of that game). I swapped out the smooth bore barrel for a 14" Raptor Tactical Rifled Barrel and added a Gangster Grip and 3 Point (elastic corded) Harness.

Q: "I want to see your RAP4 stuff. If you don't have a store, how can I check the stuff out? Why don't you have a store?" (actucal email from a southern california resident.)
A: I will eventually, but I really want to keep my prices as low as I can, and the store would be a big leap in overhead expense. As my business grows, I have every intentions of opening a store. If you live in Southern California, we can make an appointment to meet at one of the local piantball fields. (Hollywood Sports Park, in Belflower, Ca., is my home field.)
